    So many people fail to realize that a good number of their elected representatives are psychopaths. That is not meant as an insult -- it is a definition of a psychological condition that affects many in powerful positions. Some of the characteristics include lack of empathy, grandiose sense of self and manipulative traits. The video here:

    makes a good case for why psychopaths rise to the top in government and corporations. Information is the only tool to expose these people and so it should be no surprise that many powerful people want to gut internet freedom.
