"While most investment banks claim to have a “no-jerk” policy on hiring, at BarCap the policy is taken seriously from the top executive suites on down.

Senior rainmakers who have been readily snapped up by rivals have fallen victim to BarCap’s intensive “topgrading” recruitment process, which analyses candidates’ decision-making skills stretching back decades..." (Source: FT)
