    Dreamt last night that lenders begin to send letters to delinquent homeowners [with step-by-step glossy photos] on how to winterize their pipes, sweep out the premises, board up their windows [when they vacate] and even an envelope to mail in their keys........all in the name of being a "responsible homeowner". [Gagging at the thought they're preaching responsibility] Would save the banks billions in recovery/securing costs and let's face it, their ballzy enough to actually try it.

    I think you could do an excellent portrayal of such instructions *with* your unique perspective.
