The developer, Young Woo, is planning to turn the top 40 floors of AID's 66-story headquarters near Wall Street into pricey Goldominiums and hopes Goldman CEO Floyd Blankfart will take the top floor.
Who is betting that the goldos will make a perfect holiday purchase for bonus bloated Goldman Sachs bankers and cleaning ladies. AID and Uncle Sam have already insured the Goldman bonus financing.
