
BANZAI7 NEWS--Massachusetts is considering adopting efficiency requirements for televisions, becoming the only state — besides California — weighing such a move.
On Wednesday, the Joint Committee for Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy of the Massachusetts legislature said: "Certain kinds of television programing amount to a gigantic inefficient waste of viewer time and brain power. Glen Beck is a perfect example of the kind of mentally deficient programing that could be eliminated."
