    Did that really avoid foreclosure or just stick a finger in the bank's eye? Whichever, I think he's going to start a trend to flip off the banks. If your credit is ruined and you won't have a house, why let the bastards have the house? You end up in jail, worst case scenario, and you have a roof over your head, plus three meals a day....
