MICKEY MOUSE ECONOMY

BANZAI7 NEWS--After a courtship of about 20 years, the Walt Disney Company has won approval from the central government of China to build a Disneyland-style theme park in Shanghai, Robert A. Iger, Disney’s chief executive, said Tuesday.

This is what the United States exports. It won't create many American jobs though. In fact fewer Chinese tourists will feel compelled to visit Disney theme parks in the US. Which dovetails nicely with the jobless recovery paradigm.

You could say the US workforce is converting to a Mickey Mouse economy.
