LAYING IT BARE

BANZAI7 NEWS--Hundreds of New Yorkers have been riding the city's subway trains in their underwear.

They stripped down to their undies on Sunday for the ninth annual No Pants Subway Ride.
The idea is to act like nothing unusual is going on.

Most people read magazines, chatted with their companions like any other strap hanger and pretended that all is well in the city held hostage by a renegade financial services industry, struggling with record real estate vacancies and with scores of unemployed back office employees who lost their jobs in the first round of Wall Street layoffs and burnt investors who  lost their pants on Wall Street.

Following their lead, the Transportation Safety Agency anounced that it is sponsoring nude air travel for heightened security.
