MELTDOWN CLOCK

BANZAI7 NEWS--Humanity inched away from Nuclear Armageddon on Thursday morning. The Doomsday Clock was set back one minute, from 11:55 to 11:54, reversing a precipitous slide toward midnight, the zero hour, ultimate self-destruction. The clock was reset to reflect a "more hopeful state of world affairs," the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists announced at the New York Academy of Sciences and over a live feed on the Internet.

Meanwhile, the BANZAI7 Meltdown Clock which measures the amount of time until Financial Armageddon has been pushed forward to 11:59 PM. The clock was pushed forward to reflect the lack of regulatory reform since September 2008 and Wall Street's continued appetite for risk fueled by cheap government funded leverage.
